This symposium is one of our series of international symposia aiming at discovery of new physical phenomena and the promotion of industry based on those new discoveries by discussing advanced photonics research such as ultrafast and ultrahigh-precision optics to better understand the essence of light.
The theme of the symposium is decided biennially by the organizing committee.
Themes of past conferences were "quantum many-body science and technology (iSAP 2016)" and "attosecond science (iSAP 2018)".
